The twenty-million-dollar find

The challenge: deep inside a cloud marketplace’s commerce operations, something wasn’t adding up. Nobody had connected the dots across systems, teams, and processes.

What I did: followed the data trail, compiled the evidence, and packaged it into documentation so clear and organized that senior leadership could understand the gap and act on it immediately.

The result: a roughly $20M issue went from invisible to resolved with urgency.

The late-night save

The challenge: a subscription’s rate plan was wrong, and the client was about to be overbilled by more than two million dollars. Four teams were involved. All of them were blocked by one errored provisioning task.

What I did: stayed late, took ownership of the blocker everyone was waiting on, and delivered an expedited resolution so each team could complete their piece before the bill run.

The result: rate plan corrected, client alarm put to rest, and a very relieved billing team.

Training across the ocean

The challenge: a brand-new team in Manila needed to go from initial training to full production ownership of complex Microsoft provisioning work, without quality dipping.

What I did: led cross-training with patience and the “why” behind every “what”: live sessions, annotated guides, walkthrough videos, and always-open office hours. Stateside, I delivered highly rated GCC High and AOS-G trainings for sales teams.

The result: a confident team in production, fewer pitfalls, and training materials that keep teaching to this day.
